May 15, 2008 was a day to celebrate in the lives of Dylan and Lindsey. Dylan took Lindsey on a carriage ride in downtown Charleston, which ended at Vickery's, the location of their first date in May 2006. He presented to her the most beautiful ring in the universe, and she graciously answered yes to his proposal of marriage. Dylan's parents, who had accompanied the happy couple on their private carriage, had stepped out of the carriage minutes earlier and 
observed the moment. Shortly after, another carriage (with the 12 other people in their party) arrived, and everybody took part in the joyous celebration. And just to make sure it really was a memorable day...Lindsey attended her hooding ceremony and officially became a Doctor of Pharmacy that evening.
