Baby Birds

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been keeping my eye on the little bird's nest in our ficus. First came the teeny tiny eggs, then the teeny, tiny birdies, and now they're getting just a little bit bigger. I know, birds' nests are gross because they come with a lot of bird poo, which then breeds disease. But being a lover of nature and all things living (except snakes and scorpions), I wouldn't even consider destroying the nest. I promise to power wash this area of our patio regularly, so don't worry.

Little beak and little fuzzy heads.

As if I didn't already have enough birds living at our house...
